ABOUT

Hello! I’m Phoebe, I live in South Devon on the edge of Dartmoor with my partner and our whippet. I studied with Plymouth College of Art in Photography and then through the open university studying a BA in Design. After training with Talulah Rose flower school in Bath my style of floristry quickly formed. Bloem, Dutch for flower, formed in 2018. I offer a relaxed, honest and intricate approach to floral design. Using homegrown, locally grown and locally sourced flowers to make unique Concepts and visions. It is incredibly important to me to offer a bespoke service tailored to any situation. Whether you are Planning a last minute elopement and need a quick bouquet and button hole or you come to me months/ years in advance with a dream like idea it’s important to me to be able to make your vision come to life.

WEDDINGS

At Bloem I am dedicated to being there for you from start to finish. We can start with an informal chat Where you tell me all about your special day. Once you feel happy to do so we would meet for coffee (And cake) - ideally you would have some Pinterest ideas or a mood board, but if you just come to the table with a colour pallet we can work with this! A 50% deposit would be required to secure your special date. From this point we can keep in touch and I can answer any questions you may have prior to the big day. I would work with the venue wedding coordinator to take the stress from you so that everything runs smoothly On the day and you can focus on you.
